This role offers the opportunity to solve complex problems using data and to contribute meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. • Responsibilities & Duties •
• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Interpret data findings and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Required Education, Experience, & Skills •
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience within the mortgage or related industry is preferred
• Experience and knowledge of data analysis and data profiling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience and knowledge in information technologies, processes, software development lifecycles, and strategic initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $62,000 - $86,000. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
