What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keep Operations Flowing: Support order processing and ensure smooth shipping of our benchtop scientific instruments
• Be the First Point of Contact: Handle product support inquiries via phone and email, and liaise with the engineering team when needed
• Get Creative: Assist with light marketing tasks, including customer mailers, email campaigns, and social media updates
• Support Sales: Prepare quotes and respond to customer enquiries—your attention to detail will help close deals
• Be the Office Hero: Ensure the office runs like clockwork and help maintain a positive, productive team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A sharp, enthusiastic self-starter who’s eager to pitch in wherever needed
• Strong communicator with a can-do attitude and a warm, professional manner
• Organised, efficient, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Confident using everyday office tools—Word, Excel, email—and quick to pick up new systems
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or office coordination is a strong plus
• You’re based locally and happy to be on-site Monday through Friday
