This role is designed for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) dedicated to enhancing the lives of students through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of behavior modification techniques and data collection methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
• Implement and monitor the effectiveness of behavioral techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
• Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
