We’re hiring a Call Center Manager to build, lead, and sharpen a team of outbound appointment setters who are calling on warm leads — homeowners who’ve already responded to an offer, ad, or promotion. Your team’s mission? Set high-quality appointments for our outside sales professionals to close.

The Role:

This isn’t your typical "supervisor" position. This is leadership under pressure , where dials, morale, and conversions must be aligned every single day.

You’ll manage a team that makes 150–300 outbound dials per day per rep , contacting prospects who have expressed interest in our services. Whether you’ve managed a telemarketing team in home improvement, gyms, alarm systems, health insurance, or solar — if you know how to lead appointment setters to victory, we want to talk to you.

Who You Are:
  • A seasoned phone sales leader with appointment-setting experience

  • You’ve either been a top setter yourself or led a team that was — ideally both

  • You understand the rhythm of a dialer floor — cadence, energy, and conversions

  • You’ve worked in telemarketing environments with 150+ calls per day per rep

  • You know how to coach reps through slumps, push them through plateaus, and drive them to real results

  • You hold yourself and others accountable to the mission , not the clock

  • You thrive under pressure, take ownership of every number, and don’t delegate responsibility — you claim it

What You’ll Do:
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-output outbound call team

  • Ensure daily dialing expectations are met — 150–300 dials per agent per day

  • Track metrics: appointments set, call-to-appointment ratio, show rates, closing support

  • Drive daily coaching, live call monitoring, and script optimization

  • Maintain morale, discipline, and performance standards without sacrificing culture

  • Report KPIs to executive leadership and collaborate with the Outside Sales team

  • Set the tone daily. No passengers. Everyone rows.
