Direct message the job poster from Modern Wealth Management Vice President Human Resources | SHRM-SCP The Head of Growth Operations is responsible for driving marketing lead conversion and ensuring timely, high-quality appointment setting through the Growth Hub at Modern Wealth Management. This role oversees the concierge team based in Mesa, AZ and is accountable for building the operational infrastructure that supports lead routing and prospect engagement. Primary Duties : Oversee daily operations of the Mesa, AZ Growth Hub, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and service excellence across all growth-related workflows. Directly manage the concierge team in Mesa, AZ, including staffing, performance coaching, and operational coordination. Collaborate with our KC Growth Hub, Marketing, Field Leadership, and Advisory teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment between growth initiatives. Monitor key growth metrics and concierge team performance, providing regular reporting and analysis to leadership. Collaborates on the continuous training and development of the concierge team to ensure high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and brand alignment. Serve as the escalation point for complex or time-sensitive client and prospect issues handled by the assigned Growth Hub. Support the strategic execution of campaigns and growth programs by ensuring operational readiness and capacity within the assigned Growth Hub. Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture within the Mesa office and across virtual support structures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field 7+ years of experience in operations leadership, client service management, or sales enablement, with at least 3 years with responsibility for leading in a call center environment.
