NOW HIRING: CDL CLASS A DRIVERS

I’m looking for four reliable, trustworthy, and ambitious CDL Class A drivers to join my team. This is a new business, and we’re starting from the ground up. I’m looking for the right people who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help build something great together.

I’m upfront: We’re starting small but with big plans. There’s plenty of opportunity for all of us, and I want my drivers to grow with the business and share in the success.
The Position:
• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Experience with an F450 and 40ft gooseneck trailer (or willing to learn)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
Driver Expectations
• Maintain a valid CDL Class A license at all times.
• Follow all DOT regulations and safety guidelines.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate any equipment or load issues immediately.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and while on the road.
• Treat equipment and loads with care and responsibility.
What I’m Offering:
• Starting pay: 30% of each load with raises as we grow together. There will be a base pay in the beginning as we grow and we can negotiate the rate.
• Flexible scheduling as we get started to find what works best for everyone
