Your mission is to reduce churn by solving problems, offering tailored incentives, and uncovering upsell opportunities. Your responsibilities include: Resolving customer issues through disconnect calls with creative solutions and offers Informing customers about referral programs, new products, and upgrades via outbound calls Reaching out to customers nearing contract expiration to secure renewals and upsell opportunities Negotiating pricing, promotions, and terms while performing relevant calculations Troubleshooting service, pricing, or technical issues Collaborating with sales support to resolve installation or service challenges Educating customers on maximizing their Cox Business products and services Managing sales orders and providing insights to marketing for strategic improvements Who You Are An empathetic listener with problem-solving skills. Key qualifications include: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, or an associate/bachelor's degree Proficiency with computers and business software Preferred Associate degree or technical certification in a related field B2B sales experience with a proven quota track record Background in revenue generation or customer retention roles Experience in the communications industry or with major vendors Your next big opportunity starts here.
