Job Title: Clinical Data Coordinator
Job Description

Join our dynamic team dedicated to advancing healthcare through meticulous data management and research. As a Clinical Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical research efforts by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, preparing for audits, and facilitating monitor visits. You will work collaboratively with a specialized team divided by disease group, including a data coordinator, clinical coordinator, regulatory coordinator, and nurse.

Responsibilities

• Perform all data entry, data uploads, and address data queries.
• Assist in preparing for audits to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate monitor visits to facilitate research activities.
• Provide additional support work as needed to enhance team efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in data entry and data management.
• Experience with clinical data, specifically with EMR systems like EPIC.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Adaptable to changing priorities.
• Knowledge in clinical research and oncology.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Oncology experience is a plus.
• Research experience is preferred.
• Certification through SOCRA or ACRP is beneficial for career advancement.

Work Environment

You will be part of a collaborative team divided by disease group, consisting of a data coordinator, clinical coordinator, regulatory coordinator, and a nurse. The position requires working onsite for three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for two days. While remote days are flexible, availability for team meetings and monitor visits is essential. Embrace opportunities for growth within the data path or transition into other teams, such as clinical or regulatory, with potential pay increases upon certification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
