Opportunity Overview We are building a candidate slate for a Clinical Specialist I, CPT in Winston-Salem. The role involves providing technical and clinical support to sales teams and customers, building strong relationships, and supporting the sales process through clinical expertise and programming support. Key Responsibilities Provide technical, clinical, and programming assistance, supporting Territory Managers. Assist with after-hours support and activities. Build trust and rapport with customers and accounts. Perform complex programming and case support. Support sales efforts through training, education, and technical troubleshooting. Develop knowledge of accounts, monitor competitor activity, and contribute to sales strategies. Attend trade shows and conferences to stay current on product developments. Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements. Travel up to 25% within and outside the region as needed. Qualifications Associates Degree or technical certification; Bachelor's preferred. 1-2 years clinical or related experience, preferably with patient interaction. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Abbott or similar implantable devices is a plus. Compensation Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $120,000, depending on location and experience.
