Lead the Future of Color Innovation – Join Color Solutions International (CSI) as our Sales & Service Manager

We seek a dynamic Sales & Service Manager to lead North America's CSI sales initiatives and customer relationships. Based in Charlotte, NC, this strategic role is key to expanding our market presence, optimizing margin performance, and supporting product innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead key account strategy for major domestic and global apparel brands and retailers.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing customer service team.
  • Identify and act on new sales opportunities through national travel.
  • Optimize pricing and margins in alignment with business objectives.
  • Forecast customer demand to support internal supply chain planning.
  • Align with global CSI initiatives to meet market trends and develop localized strategies.
  • Coordinate program account agreements detailing services, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support financial processes, including credit approvals and receivables reviews.
  • Promote the CSI brand through professional networks, presentations, and social media.
  • Ensure swift resolution of customer quality concerns and uphold ISO standards.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree (Textile or related field preferred)
  • 5–10 years of color-related experience with apparel brands or retailers
  • At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong background in color science, communication, and textile markets
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • MBA or equivalent business experience
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or manufacturing
  • Become familiar with CRM tools and financial reporting
