The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for assisting our major key accounts with service needs and making changes to existing accounts; meeting service and sales delivery standards, and performing essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the agency.

Requirements Include:

• Effective communicator with proven skills relating to ideas to others.
• Detail, deadline, and multi-task oriented.
• Must have a working knowledge of insurance agency management software, insurance rating software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities Include:

• Service of commercial lines insurance policies
• Sales of commercial lines insurance policies (quotable prospects provided)
• Ability to resolve client concerns and issues
• Advise and assist clients by explaining coverage options/exclusions, making coverage recommendations, requesting policy changes, handling premium collections, and answering questions and concerns of the client. Responds to client service requests in a timely manner that will avoid potential E&O issues.
• Account round of existing accounts (commissions plus incentives)
