HDR is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support our client based in Pompano Beach, Florida. This position requires in-office work at the client location five days a week. Primary Responsibilities Assist in developing content and communication plans that inspire audiences and drive engagement across various channels to elevate thought leadership, people, and project work. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive global and local communication strategies. Work with engineers, architects, designers, and subject matter experts to develop white papers, articles, and social media content. Ghostwrite and edit blogs, social media posts, papers, and presentations by subject matter experts. Develop marketing collateral and campaign materials. Research, write, and edit project narratives and case studies. Coordinate event management activities. Deliver employee training to activate and guide communications internally. Monitor industry best practices and maintain a repository of trends. Manage communication databases and web-based project management tools. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the development of deliverables. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Experience in consulting or creative agencies. Required Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Service- and client-oriented personality with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently or in a team. Experience with social media platforms.
