As the Creative Project Manager at Arhaus, you will play a critical role in managing and executing creative projects that support our marketing and larger enterprise initiatives. This role requires someone who is both organized and creative, capable of partnering with marketing teams to understand project goals, creative brief tracking, and collaborating with both internal creative teams and external creative freelancers or agencies. You will be responsible for defining project timelines, assigning tasks, managing relationships, and ensuring that all creative deliverables meet the required standards and deadlines. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where deliverables and content opportunities may evolve throughout the creative process. Project Management & Coordination: Schedule review meetings as needed Continuously evaluate and improve current processes Partner closely with marketing teams to gather and define project briefs, creative needs, and strategic goals. Work collaboratively with internal creative teams to assign tasks, establish timelines, and manage deliverables for design, content, and production. Develop and manage clear project timelines, ensuring alignment of deadlines and priorities across teams. Oversee day-to-day project details, track progress, and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks that arise. External Freelancer & Agency Management: Communicate and collaborate with external creative freelancers and agencies to ensure they are aligned with the project’s goals, deliverables, and deadlines. Manage the onboarding process for external partners, ensuring they understand brand guidelines, project scope, and expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Review and provide feedback to freelancers and agencies to ensure deliverables meet Arhaus’ quality standards and creative vision. Negotiate contracts and manage external resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing, internal creative teams, and external freelancers/agencies, ensuring all teams are aligned and working toward the same objectives. Regularly update stakeholders on the status of projects, keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and outcomes. Facilitate effective communication to ensure creative concepts meet marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Creative Flexibility & Adaptability: Thrive in a creative and flexible environment where deliverables and content opportunities may evolve and shift throughout the creative process. Be proactive in adjusting timelines and resources as needed to accommodate new opportunities or unexpected changes. Demonstrate agility in managing projects with fluctuating priorities, ensuring that creative teams remain motivated and productive as the direction of a project evolves. Project Delivery: Monitor and ensure that creative assets from both internal teams and external partners are delivered on time and within budget. Track and monitor revisions as necessary to completion of the project. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and efficiency, contributing to best practices in creative project management. Provide feedback and support to both internal and external teams to foster continuous improvement in project execution.
