Opportunity:

Our client is currently looking for a Director of Residential Solar Sales to join our growing team. The ideal individual will have high energy, results focused, analytical, matrix driven and creative out of the box thinker. This is a leadership role within the organization requiring that will require running and leading a high performing sales team. This individual will be responsible for hiring, coaching, training and mentoring the team to hit sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales management experience within the solar.

Responsibilities:

• Drive residential solar and battery throughout California.
• Mentor and coach a team to exceed sales goals.
• Lead an effective and efficient sales organization.
• Ability to be matrix driven, highly analytical and creative.
• Train and mentor high performers and individuals that need extra attention to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide detailed sales forecasting.
• Roofing knowledge.
• 3+ years solar sales management experience.
• 5+ years sales management experience.
• Ability to manage and meet deadlines with high efficiency.
• Strong CRM skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
