Director of Sales

Key Solutions, Inc. | HQ Fremont, California (Hybrid or Remote)

At Key Solutions, we build enterprise software that powers complex, regulated operations, helping organizations streamline compliance, workflow management, and data oversight. Our integrated platform combines AI, ML, and advanced analytics to serve clients across research, healthcare, government, and other enterprise sectors.

For over 20 years, we’ve delivered trusted, web-based solutions that support regulatory functions and mission-critical business processes. Our customers include research institutions, hospitals, and expanding verticals such as finance and manufacturing.

We’re hiring a Director of Sales to lead and scale our enterprise sales efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive results, manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and build a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow revenue across enterprise software accounts
  • Lead and mentor a small sales team, driving accountability and results
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple departments (IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
  • Develop and execute sales strategy in collaboration with marketing and product teams
  • Deliver compelling product demos and craft solution-based proposals
  • Build and manage accurate forecasts using CRM and sales tools
  • Navigate InfoSec, legal review, and procurement processes with enterprise clients

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales
  • Proven success closing deals in the $100K–$500K+ range
  • Experience leading and coaching a high-performing sales team
  • Skilled in navigating long, complex sales cycles (6–12+ months)
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement, security reviews, and legal negotiations
  • Experience in life sciences, research, or healthcare is a plus
