We’re currently seeking Nurse Practitioners with experience in aesthetic injections who are passionate about helping clients feel like their favorite selves. As a Pinch Provider, you’ll deliver luxury med spa treatments—including tox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, in-home facials and microneedling—in the comfort of your clients’ homes while earning top-of-market pay that reflects your skill and expertise.

• Perform in-home aesthetic services including tox, dermal fillers, microneedling and chemical peels
• Deliver high-quality client care and natural, effective aesthetic outcomes
• Conduct consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant electronic client records
• Manage your own appointment schedule and maintain treatment minimums
• Maintain appropriate inventory of medical supplies and injectables
• Follow all Pinch protocols and industry best practices
• Participate in Pinch’s ongoing digital or live training for continued growth
• Proactively market your services, respond to inquiries, and build your own client base
• Collaborate with the Pinch team and fellow providers for shared learning and support

Requirements

• Active APRN license in Illinois (Full Practice Authority preferred)
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables (Tox and/or fillers)
• Certification in injectables and/or references (clients, former colleagues, etc..) required
• Strong interest in building your own client base through networking and referrals
• Confident, independent, and highly professional in client interactions
• Social media proficiency and hospitality mindset a plus

• You have aesthetic injection experience and want more control over your schedule and income
• You’re entrepreneurial and motivated to build your own mobile aesthetic practice
• You’re seeking support—not micromanagement—to do your best work
• You’re excited to grow within a like-minded network of aesthetic professionals
