Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our clients facility services company in San Jose, CA. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and foster a positive work environment. The HR Manager will lead a growing HR team, ensuring the team operates efficiently, meets the needs of the business, and provides exceptional service to all employees. The HR Manager plays a critical role in supporting the organization's growth and success by driving initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance
Responsibilities
· 10+ years of HR experience, 10 years in a leadership position
· Bilingual in Spanish required
· Understanding Paycom at an administrator level (or similar HRIS
· Quick learner and technically capable; ability to use technology to upgrade current processes, speed up transactions and minimize redundancy
· Strong project management capability including written and verbal communication
· Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, able to methodically work through complex problems, set priorities and execute commitments while demonstrating can-do attitude
· Has a passion for creating healthy organizations, and helping drive a strong and winning culture
· BA/BS degree
· Demonstrate ability to effectively lead a staff of direct reports in a dynamic work environment

Salary range: $138,000-$180,000
