FieldTurf in Adairsville has an exciting opportunity for an indoor Customer Service Coordinator. This person provides effective customer service, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. They will Interface with customers to process orders, handle inquiries and ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Responsibilities Receive and process orders in the company's ERP. Involves data entry and master of the product range. Collaborate with the logistic coordinator to provide order status, shipment, and delivery information directly to customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries (direct communication with customers either by telephone or electronically). Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries. Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes from order to delivery. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (logistics, shipping, finance, inside sales, operations, and supply chain). Assist regional sales managers and respond to their requests. Handle and resolve customer complaints, direct requests, and unresolved issues to the designated resource. Maintain claim reports: record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints. Various administrative tasks as order receipt in ERP, maintain customer and supplier lists, issue bill of ladings. Issue warranties. Qualifications 3+ years' experience in customer service role.
