RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIGITAL KEY ACCOUNT MARKETING MANAGER
The Digital Key Account Marketing Manager role is one of our marketing agency’s most essential and invaluable roles.
This position is for people who have a degree in a related field and experience with online/digital marketing. We are a marketing agency with talent in paid advertising, all things Google, websites, PR, email marketing, content marketing, inbound marketing, social media, podcasts, videography, and photography. Our key account managers oversee top accounts in the legal field and engage directly with the law firm owner to set marketing campaign strategies and more.

In this role, you will immediately be responsible for maintaining our clients' trust, relationship, and overall experience. The overarching priorities of the Account Manager are onboarding each new MarketCrest client, delivering on client commitments, ensuring timely follow-up, and consistently strategizing to create personalized growth plans for each account.
The Account Manager role at MarketCrest will report directly to the Account Director, though still working closely with the President.
There will be occasional opportunities to meet face-to-face with local or remote clients visiting our offices.
Expect occasional opportunities to represent MarketCrest as a Subject Matter Expert for meetings in the metroplex, like State Bar meetings, fundraisers, and network events.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE KEY ACCOUNT MARKETING MANAGER
As an Account Manager, you will conduct monthly client reporting/marketing and advertising strategy sessions, collaborate with our delivery team, coach clients on best-in-class marketing practices, evaluate campaign success, address challenges, and perform ongoing internal strategy sessions with the Account Director.
You will regularly collaborate with the MarketCrest full-time marketing specialists on projects that affect your clients. Typical deliverables from that team might include content (copy, images, videos, graphic designs, e-books, etc.), social media, branding, a website, and SEM services.
You will help the client solidify their voice, tone, and imagery, including creating and monitoring the use of brand guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The primary function of the Account Manager is to fully know what needs to be delivered to each client and ensure our team provides it. This often means confirming that our digital project management system (which is Monday) is set up correctly for each client so the team can deliver.
The Key Account Manager is versed in client communications, such as online advertising, websites and landing pages, digital press releases, podcasts, video, audio, and photography, Google Business Profiles, Google Ads, etc. Digital marketing is extremely fast-moving. Account Managers must maintain an executive understanding of core digital marketing services, strategies that influence client goals and ROI, along with new products in the industry. They converse primarily with highly successful law firm founders and strategize on campaigns that drive growth.
