Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) provide remote mental health therapy using the Talkspace platform, offering flexible scheduling and client management without traditional practice overhead. They conduct live sessions or asynchronous messaging, aided by AI tools for session preparation and documentation, while benefiting from client referrals and billing support. This role requires an independent clinical license and allows practitioners to control their caseload and work hours from anywhere in the USA.

Requirements:
All therapists & counselors who wish to join Talkspace must possess and provide proof of:

• Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
• Individual NPI & CAQH numbers
• Current residence in the USA

Compensation:
You will be reimbursed $70 for 60-minute live sessions; compensation for sessions is determined by the state in which your client resides. Rates for shorter live sessions (30- and 45-minute) are prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans and their state of residence. Finally, we offer bonuses based on engagement with new clients.
