We're looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate to join our luxury garden center team. This role involves daily care of plants, assisting with inventory, supporting visual merchandising, and providing top-tier service to customers. In addition, you'll play an important part in introducing our landscape design and outdoor living services to qualified customers. Responsibilities and Duties Maintain product displays and ensure the garden center reflects our brand's elevated aesthetic Provide exceptional, concierge-level service to customers in the garden center Assist with unloading, tagging, and organizing incoming plant deliveries Provide daily care for plants including watering, pruning, and pest monitoring Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing retail environment Help set up seasonal and promotional displays Greet and assist customers with plant selection and care tips Process sales using point-of-sale system Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed Work with the team to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experience Job Requirements Previous experience in a garden center, nursery, or horticulture-related field preferred Strong plant knowledge or willingness to learn Weekend availability required Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Rate $18-$20/hr Pay Transparency Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
