We're looking for a Marketing Assistant who's ready to dive in, learn on the go, and play a meaningful role on a tight-knit team that knows how to work hard and have fun doing it.

As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the team on a variety of projects — no two days will look the same. You’ll help bring campaigns to life, keep things running behind the scenes, and make sure no detail is overlooked.

Here’s what your week might look like:

• Helping coordinate in-person activations, pop-ups, press drops, or client-sponsored events
• Supporting campaign rollouts across print, PR, and experiential marketing
• Researching local trends, collaborators, or promotional opportunities for clients
• Managing materials, timelines, and checklists to keep campaigns on track
• Assisting with vendor communication and logistics for launches and fieldwork
• Organizing photos, campaign assets, and gathering feedback for reports
• Pitching ideas in team brainstorms and jumping in wherever extra hands are needed

• Some experience in marketing, events, PR, hospitality, or client service (internships and volunteer experience count!)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed
• A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn — we’re looking for potential, not perfection
• Based in the Houston area, with the flexibility to attend occasional off-site events
