Job Description
As a Welder, you will play a critical role in the production of high-precision components for various manufacturing applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG welding, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday 5:00 am-3:30 pm
Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm-2:00 am
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Responsibilities:
-Perform MIG welding on various metal materials to create and repair products.
-Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine welding requirements and specifications.
-Utilize welding tools and equipment to fabricate parts and components accurately.
-Inspect and test welded surfaces for strength, quality, and safety.
-Ensure adherence to safety standards, company procedures, and work guidelines.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
-Assist in metal fabrication processes as needed, including cutting, grinding, and finishing.
-Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
-Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues as they arise.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-Previous experience in metal fabrication is highly preferred.
-Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.
-Certification in welding (such as AWS or similar).
-Experience with additional welding methods (TIG, Stick) is a plus.
