Job Title: TIG Welder
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled welder proficient in TIG welding on aluminum and MIG welding on mild steel. The role involves a 50/50 split between these two types of welding, all performed in a flat, 1g position. The position requires working off of prints and undertaking some fitting duties, along with minor fabrication tasks such as cutting, assembly, grinding, polishing, bending, and cutting.

Work EnvironmentOur shop is very clean and organized, with a high ceiling and no air conditioning in the summer. However, we provide Gatorade and ice cream to help beat the heat. You will be working alongside 55-60 employees in the shop, across 3 different weld groups and 12 bays. We offer training on the second shift from 2:45-11:45pm, with overtime available after working 10-hour shifts. Required attire includes steel toe boots, a weld helmet, and weld gloves.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Mills, Wisconsin.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
