Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer/ Business Development based in Charlotte, NC, with some work from home flexibility. The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients with their mortgage lending needs, evaluate loan applications, work closely with underwriters, and provide exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include the origination and processing mortgage loans, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. If you can create and maintain relationships with Realtors, you fit us right. We have over 1500 agents and are looking for someone who can create value for them and, in return, receive unlimited income potential. Qualifications Experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry/ or Business development Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes Strong Customer Service skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency with mortgage loan software and other relevant computer applications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is beneficial
