Opportunity Details Direct Nanny - Live In West Bloomfield, Michigan A local company with a residence in West Bloomfield, MI area is currently seeking several Live In Nannies for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Live In Nannies/Babysitters looking for a company that offers excellent benefits, competitive rates, and work-home life balance. Room and board is all inclusive and will be part of a team. Live In Nanny rates are anticipated to be $60,000 - $70,000 salaried based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Hours are approximately 40-45 hours per week. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, PTO, paid holidays, annual bonuses, and 401k. Qualified Live In Nannies will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience: 2+ years of recent experience in Full Time Nannying, Babysitting, and Residential Housekeeping 2+ years of recent/relevant experience in Personal Assistance / Family Assistance Certified in Infant CPR and experienced with young children, toddler, and infant care is required Flexible schedule, self-directed initiative, and proactivity in assisting family needs is a strong qualifier Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered) Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background verification, drug screen, references, etc. If qualified and interested, please apply with your resume!
