Your Role:
As our new Optician, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients find the perfect eyewear and
lenses, while ensuring a smooth, supportive, and educational experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that meet medical needs and personal
style
Interpret prescriptions and provide lens and frame recommendations
Take accurate measurements for proper fit and vision
Maintain and adjust eyewear as needed
Ensure accurate ordering, tracking, and inventory of products
Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long-term relationships
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an optical or healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge and understanding of vision insurance plans
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and a great sense of style
Tech-savvy and comfortable with EMR and POS systems
Wage:
Starting $19 - $25/hr DOE.
