Occupational Therapist – Pelvic Health Focus

Our clinic, open since July 2024, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Occupational Therapist with experience or a strong interest in Pelvic Health to join our growing team. We currently have a seasoned PT and PTA, and we are looking to expand our team to provide specialized care to a diverse population.

Specialty Services Offered :

• Orthopedic, Neurological, Balance & Vestibular Care
• Expansion into Pelvic Health
• Lymphedema, Flexibility, and Mobility Services

What We Offer :

• Competitive Compensation : Up to $95,000 per year, based on experience
• Schedule : Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
• Performance-Based Bonuses : Monthly bonuses on top of salary
• 100% One-on-One Patient Care : 40-minute treatment intervals, 60-minute evaluations and specialized sessions

• Diverse Caseload : Majority focus on Pelvic Health (ramping up), as well as Vestibular and Balance issues

Responsibilities :

• Provide individualized occupational therapy treatments to patients of all ages
• Focus on expanding our Pelvic Health services
• Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and PTAs
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest techniques and modalities

Qualifications :

• Required : Active, clear Colorado Occupational Therapy License
• Experience in Pelvic Health is preferred but not required (training and certification available)
• Strong desire to specialize and grow in Pelvic Health
• Ability to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
