What Youll Do Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing responsive, knowledgeable service. Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive communication and genuine care. Conduct policy reviews, recommend appropriate coverage, and guide clients through renewals and updates. Resolve client questions and issues with efficiency and professionalism. Cross-sell and upsell coverage where it adds real value to the client. Work closely with underwriters and carriers to deliver the best coverage options. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings. What You Bring ~2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, ideally in an account management or executive role. ~ Strong product knowledge and a consultative, client-first mindset. ~ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. ~ P&C insurance license (not required). ~ Ability to work independently and confidently manage your own book of business. ~ A desire to be part of a company where youre seen, heard, and appreciated.
