We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Programming Machine Operator I in Reno, NV. This entry-level position involves operating machinery and performing a variety of tasks to ensure efficient production and quality standards. Fully In Office: Monday-Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm) OT and Saturdays may be required due to business needs. Responsibilities include bagging and tagging items according to specifications, assembling kits with correct components and materials, performing cutting tasks using assigned equipment, safely and efficiently operating machinery following established procedures, conducting visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of products, organizing and sorting materials or products for efficient workflow, applying labels to products as required, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations. Requirements include ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift, basic computer knowledge for navigating systems and data entry, at least 1 year of experience in roles such as Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, or Machine Operator, attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and strong time-management and organizational skills.
