POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Project Analyst with a FAA or CBP background and an active CBP BI clearance to join our team!

The Project Analyst plays a central role in supporting site maintenance activities within a federally contracted environment by coordinating routine and corrective maintenance, managing vendor participation, and ensuring compliance with federal site access requirements. This role works closely with technical field teams and leadership to drive operational efficiency, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold compliance standards across multiple project sites. The Analyst also provides administrative and reporting oversight, ensures accuracy in tracking tools, and supports leadership through data-driven insights and process alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Program Analyst, you will be tasked with

  • Coordinate and oversee routine and corrective site maintenance activities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Monitor and report on ticketing activity, repairs, inspections, and surveys.
  • Ensure vendor vetting and access compliance with federal site requirements.
  • Support financial oversight through review and reconciliation of maintenance expenditures and vendor invoices.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all site activity and communications.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Active CBP BI clearance
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Vendor negotiation and contract coordination.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project tracking platforms such as Salesforce, Sitetracker, SNOW, TRIRIGA, or PSA.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving..

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project coordination, maintenance operations, or logistics supportpreferably in federal or telecom infrastructure environments.
