RETS Associates has been retained by a leading private equity real estate investment firm to recruit an Associate for its growing real estate Data Center Development team. Based at the firm’s Menlo Park HQ, this role supports the full lifecycle of ground-up real estate data center developments nationwide. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage financial models for large-scale real estate development projects Support real estate site acquisition, entitlements, design, permitting, construction, and delivery Track budgets, schedules, and milestones; help prepare internal and investor updates Coordinate with architects, consultants, and GCs on design, infrastructure, and construction Align closely with the real estate Investments team on underwriting and leasing assumptions Qualifications: ~ Bachelor’s degree from Top 20 college ~1–4 years of highly impressive experience (with a pedigreed CRE employer) as a real estate Financial Analyst/Associate ~ Advanced Excel modeling; data center exposure a plus ~ Strong analytical, written, and interpersonal skills ~ Self-starter with a team-first, detail-oriented approach Compensation: Base salary of approximately $110K+ DOE , plus bonus.
