Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Strategic Health Partners, Inc. This includes creating and executing a strategy for all sourcing and recruiting of both clinical and non-clinical candidates. Works closely with hiring managers to develop manpower forecasting tools, identify staffing needs, and ensure timely placement of qualified professionals. Maintains and optimizes applicant tracking systems, builds talent pipelines, and supports workforce growth initiatives across the organization.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Manages full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles across the organization.
• Collaborates with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Utilizes various sourcing platforms, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
• Screens resumes, conducts phone interviews, and coordinates in-person or virtual interviews.
• Supports hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process, providing guidance on best practices.
• Tracks applicant progress using the company’s applicant tracking system and maintains accurate documentation.
• Partners with HR, Operations, Scheduling, Onboarding, and Credentialing teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Develops and maintains strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles.
• Attends job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting functions as needed.
• Ensures recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Education and Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Continuing education in talent acquisition or HR practices is encouraged.
Experience:
Minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare and multi-site environments. Experience recruiting clinical professionals such as anesthesiologists, CRNAs, CAAs, APPs, and RNs strongly preferred. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools required.
