CMU Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) practice. In this essential role, you will deliver specialized care to high-risk obstetrical patients while supporting the academic mission of training tomorrows physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical nursing support to high-risk maternal patients.

• Assist physicians during specialty procedures (such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling).

• Conduct detailed chart preparation and documentation in EPIC.

• Educate patients on treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up care.

• Triage patient phone calls and coordinate appropriate next steps.

• Support faculty physicians, residents, and medical students as part of CMUs academic mission.

• Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

• Registered Nursing Degree with active Michigan RN licensure.

• Obstetrical nursing experience: MFM experience strongly preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of high-risk pregnancy conditions and treatments.

• CPR certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association (must remain current).

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC experience preferred).

• Ability to work harmoniously in a fast-paced, patient-focused clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Minimum two years of RN experience.

• Ambulatory care experience.

• Willingness to serve as a team leader when needed.
