COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is seeking an individual to handle inbound telephone calls from Upstate New York customers considering our home improvement services. You will represent Comfort Windows & Doors products and services accurately, professionally, and personably in order to schedule appointments for the sales representatives.

The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls each day looking to schedule a free estimate;
• Discuss with the customer what they are looking to have done and work towards scheduling an in-home and/or showroom appointment for a sales demonstration with a representative;
• Enter information gathered from the customer call into the computer system;
• Participate in continual training sessions to stay up to date on Comfort’s products, services, promotions, sales methods, computer systems, etc.;
• Place outbound calls to follow up on customer leads generated from advertisements, home shows, etc.;
  
• Back-up for Receptionist as needed, including greeting of walk-in customers, answering calls, handling mail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred;
• Strong phone presence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Strong listening and presentation skills;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
• Proven follow up and organizational skills;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Fluency in Spanish a plus.
