Professional opportunity for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a K-12 school environment located in San Bernardino, CA. This contract position focuses on providing essential behavioral support and guidance to students from August to December, facilitating a positive and effective learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA License
• Experience working with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Onsite availability required

Location: San Bernardino, CA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior management techniques
• Monitor and analyze student progress through data collection and documentation
• Attend staff meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions
