Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children, particularly in educational or therapeutic settings.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Patience and empathy towards students with diverse needs.

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Conduct data collection and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Provide direct support to students, facilitating positive behavioral changes and skill development.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to ensure consistency in behavioral interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
