The salary range for this position is $105,700 - $132,200 annually, based in San Francisco, with additional benefits including bonuses, health insurance, flexible time off, parental leave, employee discounts, retirement plans, Summer Fridays, remote work options, and a December shutdown week. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a talented Fenty Beauty copywriter responsible for all global copy, including product names, packaging, visual merchandising, and campaign messaging. This role involves collaboration across teams, managing and mentoring a small team of copywriters. The ideal candidate writes clear, clever copy with humor, is detail-oriented yet big-picture focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and champions Rihanna's "Beauty for All" vision. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the Sr. Copywriter and Global Copy Director on brand voice and strategic initiatives. Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of copywriters. Enforce brand voice across all channels. Develop product messaging in collaboration with brand, product development, and marketing teams. Drive decision-making with cross-functional partners. Deliver global copy assets, including product naming, messaging, packaging, P-Pages, infographics, visual merchandising, marketing collateral, video scripts, and educational content. Coordinate with legal/regulatory teams to communicate risks. Manage translation requests. Collaborate with design teams to integrate copy seamlessly into visual assets. Proofread all assets for grammar and accuracy with attention to detail. Stay updated on industry, social, and competitor trends. REQUIREMENTS Hybrid work schedule: 3 days/week in SF headquarters (T-Thu). 5+ years of copywriting experience; beauty experience preferred. 2+ years of managing 1+ team members. Experience with celebrity and founder brands is a plus. Product naming and visual merchandising experience. Proficiency in writing across traditional and digital channels. Strong communication skills. Creative, self-starting, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Curiosity, intellect, and passion for ideas.
