**Position Summary**
The Senior Plan Document Coordinator Consultant will have the below responsibilities:
+ Consulting and communicating with internal constituents regarding the details associated with compliance profile maintenance for self-funded plans, to validate and strengthen data captured.
+ Triaging work that is submitted to the team to ensure all information has been received to push the request forward and follow-up on information that is outstanding.
+ Executing both routine and non-routine business support tasks under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
+ Following area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 1-2 years of experience with document triage and analyzing data.
+ 1-2 years of experience with managing intake process and reviewing assessments.
+ Knowledge and familiarity with medical terminology.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
**Education**
+ Associates Degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 2 years relevant experience).

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $42.35
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
