As a Senior Product Manager I at Anywhere Real Estate, you will help shape the strategy to grow your product and its user base. You will leverage your experience in Real Estate, Software Development, and Business to deliver the brokerage toolset of the future. Working closely with technical teams, UX, brand operators, and third-party vendors, you will ensure value is delivered to our customer base of real estate brokers. You will define the why, what, and when of the product development, whether by internal or external engineering teams.

We seek an experienced PM to work with engineers, designers, and others to deliver compelling, valuable, and impactful experiences to our brokers. We value individuals who can foster an inclusive culture and encourage growth. You will partner effectively across teams to design holistic solutions, requiring technical depth to make informed tradeoffs among multiple technology options. Your expertise in creating performant, flexible experiences and building cross-team & brand partnerships will be key. You will also be a product leader on several initiatives, representing the team and product, and ensuring a coherent Broker Experience story.

What You’ll Do

1. Serve as a thought leader for your product area, leveraging curiosity, user and market research, and data analysis to chart a profitable path that meets user needs.
2. Lead day-to-day product activities from vision to roadmap to implementation.
3. Influence high-impact areas within the organization to have an immediate positive impact on users.
4. Drive usability studies, intuitive navigation, and analyze data to gain customer insights.
5. Define product roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
6. Use feedback loops, research, and operational data to advocate for the voice of the customer.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve urgent product issues.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences, explaining product importance.
• Strong time management to support multiple products and initiatives.
• A track record of creative problem solving and building new products.
• Experience evaluating technical solution designs to meet business and product goals.
• Experience working with multiple vendors and technical teams, internal and offshore.
• Comfort in a highly matrixed organization, influencing through support and trust.
• Understanding of how companies and customers generate revenue, linking behavioral and financial cause and effect.
• Systems thinking to understand how parts interrelate and work within larger systems.
• Methodical problem-solving skills, understanding details to reach solutions.
• Ability to elicit, understand, and frame user problems for designing solutions.
• Proficiency in articulating requirements via visual models, user stories, etc.
• Emotional intelligence to manage personal and others' feelings and adapt responses accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or proven successful work experience.
• 5+ years in product management, launching successful digital products or businesses.
• Residential real estate brokerage knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
