  • Lead Regional Impact: Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for a region of approximately 6 facilities, managing 50–80 openings across key departments.
  • Drive Talent Strategy: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring to meet operational demands.

Position Details:

  • Reports to: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Pompano Beach, FL (On-site) with the flexibility to work from home one day per week after the onboarding period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Requisition Process: Manage staff requisitions accurately and in alignment with our hiring needs.
  • Stay Ahead on Staffing : Keep the site’s staffing plan updated consistently and on time.
  • Make Offers That Stick: Extend verbal and written offers of employment, ensuring clarity and excitement for incoming talent.
  • Be the Culture Translator: Communicate role expectations and company culture clearly and compellingly to candidates.
  • Keep the ATS Updated: Screen applications and document progress in our Applicant Tracking System with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Source Like a Pro: Continuously build a pipeline for evergreen and high-volume roles.
  • Talent Scouting: Regularly identify top talent and share key profiles, for non-openings, with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Conduct First Contact: Schedule and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate fit and enthusiasm.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Coordinate interview schedules and stay in sync on candidate feedback.
  • Drive a Smooth Onboarding Experience: Guide candidates through pre-hire screening and onboarding with clarity and urgency.
  • Juggle with Precision: Manage a high volume of candidates while maintaining a personal and professional experience.
  • Be Data-Driven: Use reports and metrics to drive faster, smarter workflows.
  • Stay in the Loop: Regularly gather feedback from Hiring Managers and adjust your approach to stay sharp and aligned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition; healthcare or multi-site recruiting is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage a high requisition load while delivering exceptional candidate experience.
  • Strong organizational skills—you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Confidence and professionalism in written and verbal communication.
  • Skilled in using ATS platforms and recruiting tools (UKG experience is highly desirable).
  • A go-getter mindset—hungry, humble, and ready to rock.
