Property Management Coordinator
As a Property Management Coordinator, you will assist our industrial property management team by providing operational support for property management personnel and communicating effectively with tenants and vendors.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service: Interface directly with tenants and vendors to ensure their needs are met.
Accounts Payable: Accurately process invoices ensuring proper GL coding for Property Manager approval.
Insurance: Manage tenant and vendor COIs for assigned properties.
Accounting: Successful accuracy and completion of all tenant direct billing charges.
Notices/Letters: Send out tenant notice letters as needed.
Work Orders: Manage work orders for assigned properties to ensure effective operations
Utility/Roofing/HVAC Logs: Maintain accurate utility/roofing/HVAC logs as well as lockboxes, fire alarm codes and customer contact information. Facilitate utility transfers, shut-off resolutions and set-up where necessary.
Special projects: Complete special projects as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years’ experience in administrative role, customer service, real estate or related field
Experience with Yardi is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
Must have strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task while efficiently managing time to ensure all established deadlines are met.
