Company Overview: Nexa Receptionists is a 24/7/365 virtual receptionist service supporting the home services and healthcare industries . Position Summary:

As a Virtual Receptionist , you will handle a wide range of call types-from message taking and appointment scheduling to customer service and call transfers. Your role is essential in making a positive first impression on behalf of our clients, and requires professionalism, empathy, and a strong customer service mindset.

Note: Must be available to work weekends and holidays .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
  • Follow account-specific instructions, scripts, and procedures
  • Schedule appointments and route calls accurately
  • Maintain call control while delivering exceptional service
  • Accurately notate all important caller information
  • Escalate issues as needed per guidelines
  • Communicate clearly and effectively both internally and externally
  • Uphold reliability and dependability standards

Required Qualifications:

  • A desire to support people during potentially stressful situations
  • Customer service, call center, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Able to handle high call volumes
  • Strong typing skills: 30 WPM with 94% accuracy
  • Tech-savvy with ability to use multiple systems and monitors
  • Quiet home workspace and willingness to undergo a drug screen

Internet Requirements:

  • High-speed Fiber or Cable internet only
  • Minimum speeds: 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download
  • Wired connection required (Ethernet cable provided)

Preferred Skills:

  • Spanish-English bilingual
  • Calm and compassionate communication style
  • Adaptable and quick-thinking in fast-paced environments
