Your Role: As an Advanced Automation Engineer, you're at the forefront of integrating and optimizing electro-mechanical systems:

• Imbed safety-first principles across all automation processes within our dynamic plant environment.
• Harness your technical savvy and leadership to mentor colleagues and drive innovation.
• Take charge of scheduling, training, and resource allocation for top-tier automation maintenance.
• Nimbly resolve daily operational challenges, ensuring seamless automation in areas like packaging and conveying.
• Foster connections with departmental stakeholders to tailor solutions that resonate with operational needs.
• Spearhead and refine maintenance strategies for efficient and reliable system operations.
• Forecast costs and guide the implementation of safety enhancements and technological improvements.
• Master the plant's CMMS by ensuring meticulous documentation and management.

What We Look For:

• Engineering degree (either Bachelor's or Associate's), paired with substantial hands-on automation expertise.
• Competency in PLC programming and robotics; Fanuc knowledge is preferred.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills, enabling clear conveyance of technical instructions.
• Adept in overseeing multiple projects concurrently, with vendor collaboration.
• Proficiency in CAD applications and CMMS tools is a strong advantage.
• Experience with control systems and software such as Rockwell Studios and Karel programming.
• Fluency in using Microsoft Office and SAP assists in managing day-to-day operations.
