Position Overview

This dynamic role calls for a professional multitasker who can take the initiative in supporting business development, managing recruiting operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing communication between recruiters, candidates, and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about operational excellence and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively assisting business development activities
• Lead and execute recruiting and onboarding processes, including communication with candidates, document verification, E-Verify registration, and background check coordination
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records of candidates and employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR operations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with applicant tracking systems a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred
