Company Overview
Our client is a leading food manufacturing group headquartered in Asia, founded in 1988 with over 1,000 stores in Taiwan. In the U.S., the company has established its HQ and manufacturing base in California. Since 2022, its U.S. business has seen double-digit growth, reaching profitability in Q1 this year—with each U.S. store generating 5x the revenue of an average store in Taiwan and now contributing 7% of global revenue. As part of its aggressive expansion plan, the company will enter the Texas market in 2025, with a goal of opening 150+ stores in the coming years and aiming for a future NASDAQ listing. They are now seeking a Finance Head (Office Head) to establish and lead the Dallas office, overseeing all financial operations, administration, and team building during this key growth phase.

Act as the main liaison between the U.S. entity, headquarters, and external CPA firms; ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by HQ.
Build and lead the local finance team, while driving successful implementation of group-level projects and initiatives in the U.S.
Handle administrative and operational responsibilities as needed and execute ad hoc assignments from senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in mid-to-large accounting firms or publicly listed companies; prior U.S. work assignment or experience is highly preferred.
