Welcome to an exciting journey as a Senior Human Resources Partner, where you'll collaborate closely with operations and maintenance teams on vital workforce and labor relations initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee all Talent Management efforts and recruitment processes.
• Engage in key Talent decisions, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Address human resource and labor relations queries, escalating complex cases to management as needed.
• Serve as a pivotal business ally and leader for operational and maintenance sectors.
• Utilize crucial metrics to shape project objectives and enhance mill operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee issues, performing preliminary assessments and forwarding to HR leadership when necessary.
• Conduct preliminary investigations for employee relations cases, with HR Manager assistance for further investigation.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations and HR Manager to execute research relating to HR policies, negotiations, and compensation.
• Stay informed on laws and regulations concerning NLRA, EEO, and other HR-related matters.
• Support in preparing plans, policies, and conducting negotiations with labor organizations.
• Fulfill additional duties as necessitated by operation needs.
