Senior Loyalty Program Manager

📍 Location: Tysons Corner, VA

We’re hiring a Senior Program Manager to drive the strategic vision and execution of a robust, enterprise-wide loyalty program for a leading financial services organization. This role is pivotal in shaping an innovative, member-centric loyalty ecosystem that fosters deep engagement, strengthens customer relationships, and fuels long-term growth.

🔹 What You'll Do

  • Champion the end-to-end delivery of the loyalty program—from concept through launch—ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Collaborate across Technology, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams to coordinate seamless execution.
  • Innovate using member insights and market intelligence to design loyalty initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and risk strategies; lead stakeholder meetings and drive program accountability.
  • Establish performance metrics to monitor program health, ROI, and satisfaction; drive continuous optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal governance across all phases of development.

🔹 Your Experience & Skills

  • 10–15+ years in program management, ideally within financial services or customer engagement domains.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs at an enterprise scale.
  • Direct experience with launching or scaling loyalty, rewards, or engagement platforms preferred.
  • Mastery of strategic planning and execution in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com, and agile/waterfall methodologies.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Background in consumer banking, credit cards, or member-based financial models.
  • Expertise in CRM ecosystems and data-driven loyalty strategy execution.
