About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance Tester with expertise in smartphone technology, operating systems (OS), and mobile wireless telecommunications . This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality software performance by detecting and tracking defects, analyzing testing results, and collaborating across teams to refine processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with team members and departments to improve software quality.
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies , ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze testing results and submit detailed reports to the development team .
• Design and document test cases, test processes, and product testing guidelines .
• Conduct software testing per set standards and procedures .
• Ensure testing aligns with industry best practices and defined company standards .
• Perform software testing across all phases of the design-develop-test-release-maintain life cycle .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Effective working knowledge of smartphones, operating systems (OS), and mobile wireless telecommunications technology.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills to track defects and process improvements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment , achieving personal and team goals.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities .
• A team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
