Job Title: TIG Welder-1st shift

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced MIG welding operations on complex metal components and structures.
• Ensure welds are of the highest quality, meeting exacting specifications and passing rigorous visual and functional inspections.
• Set up components for welding according to job specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Follow written and verbal directions to complete assignments or jobs.
• Perform all duties in conjunction with company procedures.
• Conduct quality checks on all finished processes and work.

Essential Skills

• 4-7 years of MIG welding experience on metal.
• Proficiency in TIG welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading.
• Welding Certification.
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and work with stainless steel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to combine schooling and on-the-job experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
